Memory leak sometimes stall backup of large quantity of files [FIXED] V. Uninstallation Procedures - REDiSAFE Please follow these instructions step-by-step to uninstall REDiSAFE. 1. Go to "Start" --> "Control Panel" --> "Add/Remove Programs" 2. Scroll down until you see "REDiSAFE" in the displayed programs list and select it. 3. Click on "Remove" to uninstall REDiSAFE. You will be prompted with a confirmation screen. 4. Clicking on "Yes" will cause the uninstaller to a. Stop your REDiSAFE client b. Clean-up client registration c. Remove all installed program files and folders 5. In case some files are not or were not removed, the uninstaller will prompt you to manually clean-up the installation directory after uninstallation is completed. The uninstaller may prompt you the following: Are you sure you want to remove the stored registry values and client information? ?If you intend to reinstall REDiSAFE, click "No" to preserve your existing registration information. Otherwise, click "Yes" to clean out all REDiSAFE-specific settings. 6. In some cases, the system may prompt you to restart your computer.
